My biggest issue with your dealership is communication. Whenever I call, no advisors are ever available to talk. So they offer to leave a message with the receptionist or leave a voicemail. Definitely an opportunity for improvement there. Even after service, I received a text asking me to respond with my feedback. No response there either. Also tried to buy a car, it was the highest price in the area. Said it was the best they could do. More
