We taught it was just an alignment issue but turns out to be a bad tire. Eric was very helpful with keeping us updated and help us get a loaner car to drive back to Rockford which is an hour away. The sales guy Steve was great with helping us with our loaner car. He also fill our gas tank for us and was very friendly. We recommend Honda at Motor Werks because of the way the sales and service people treated us. More

MotorWerks goes out of their way to make sure their customers are treated courteously and professionally. Bryan Couture is the absolute best when explaining repairs/maintenance. Never pushy...just explains exactly what is needed in easy-to-understand language. Always concerned about the customer's comfort should they have to wait for their vehicle longer than expected. Also, the cost of repairs is stated up front so there are no surprises. Hands down the best dealership around. More

Very disappointed with the cost of the repair, the labor. The new facility looks wonderful and the customer service is great. I would just like Motorwerks to know I am in the market for a car- I have purchased three of my past three cars from motorwerks and would like to purchase another from you- but your loa or costs are astronomical! Looking at Marquart for a GMC rather than another MW Cadillac. The service center reps were very accomadating, even helping me out with a loaner car- but the labor cost is more inline with a surgeon, not an auto mechanic!! More
