It's funny that you mention non Honda Authorized Dealerships because the car is currently being worked on by an Acura dealership which also just so happens to be an Authorized Honda Dealership, seeing as Hondas and Acuras share 90% of their parts. The overall cost of a full inspection to make sure your dealer didn't damage any other parts on the vehicle along with the needed fix comes out to just over half of what you were planning on charging. I appreciate your response, however, and happy to see that at the end of the day you choose to focus on the prices of your service department and try and defend the outrageous up-charge, instead of the fact that you were unable to fix the same transmission leak 4 times.

I have no interest in discussing this situation further with you or your dealership. Your service manager Bryan Couture already got in touch with me and instead of listening or trying to address the issues at hand, simply regurgitated the same story about your prices being inline with everyone else, which is simply not true, and refused to even acknowledge the fact that we have been bringing the car in for the same warrantied issue 4 times in the past year and a half. Two of those times where 2 weeks apart, because on the first visit the technician refused to even acknowledge the problem until we I personally pointed the leak out to him.
