Terrible Experince Appointment times mean nothing and communication is terrible. 11:45 appointment and did not here from anyone after the car was dropped off. I called three times and did not get a call back until I called again for the fourth time and got the service manager. This was at 5:00 and the y close at 6. My son was referred to go here since Firestone which was where the car was originally serviced said that it needed a software update. My son said there would not be a diagnostic charge for this by the service tech. In the end which is what this experience actually felt like, he was charged. More
Great customer service I was in again for normal maintenance and Eric helped me out again. I am very pleased by his courteous service. I am extremely picky on where I service my cars and I also had 2 strokes which pervent me from doing my own work. I worked at a different dealer doing the exact same thing that Eric does. I highly recommend him to anyone and any of my customers that still call me. More

One of the worst service center experiences The mission of the Honda Service Department from Motorwerks is to charge money without actually providing the needed service. I have taken my car here The mission of the Honda Service Department from Motorwerks is to charge money without actually providing the needed service. I have taken my car here 4 times for the same transmission leak under warranty within the span of a year and I'm still not sure if the leak has been fixed. On top of that, when I went to pick up my car after being serviced they told me that my car won't start at all even though the Service Advisor Rich Cano said that the car is ready for pick up. When asked for an explanation, no one was available to give one and their only options were to either tow the car from their dealership or wait till the next day to have them fix it for double the price what another Honda/acura dealership quoted. I definitely WILL NOT return for future service here, warranty or otherwise. Their prices are outrages compared to other dealerships and the employees have no clue about the service provided. More

We decided to go upstairs to look at the new cars and walked through the cleanest auto service work zone I have ever seen! Upstairs, we investigated the new CRV, talked with Jae about some of the new features, and went for a test drive with Atif who knew alot about the car. Following that, we were introduced to Zach who was very easy to work with, in addition to being very knowledgeable. Two days later, we purchased a new CRV with Zach's help, the 3rd CRV we've owned. At every step, I felt comfortable and respected by all the Motor Werks employees we met. We did not intend to purchase a new car, but we are very happy we did. We love the car, and highly recommend visiting Motor Werks for servicing your vehicles or making an auto purchase. More
Above and beyond Today I brought my 2015 Honda Civic in to have an oil leak checked out. I intended to pick up my Civic the following day, but realized when I returne Today I brought my 2015 Honda Civic in to have an oil leak checked out. I intended to pick up my Civic the following day, but realized when I returned home that my house keys were attached to my car keys, both of which were still at the dealership. I was frantically driving to the dealership at 6:40 PM to get my car/ house keys before the service station closed at 7:00. Eric was no longer on duty at the dealership, but he still went above and beyond to communicate with me and to make sure that my car would be available when I arrived. He made additional phone calls and also communicated with the staff present there at the time. As I was leaving the dealership, Fred assured me that he wouldn't have left until I arrived. I am so thankful that the service staff happily helped me out in a time of need. They're awesome. Thank you! More

service done on car The honda service guy Eric was excellent. I took my car in because my car was pulling to the left. We taught it was just an alignment issue but turns The honda service guy Eric was excellent. I took my car in because my car was pulling to the left. We taught it was just an alignment issue but turns out to be a bad tire. Eric was very helpful with keeping us updated and help us get a loaner car to drive back to Rockford which is an hour away. The sales guy Steve was great with helping us with our loaner car. He also fill our gas tank for us and was very friendly. We recommend Honda at Motor Werks because of the way the sales and service people treated us. More

Never pushy...just explains exactly what is needed in easy-to-understand language. Always concerned about the customer's comfort should they have to wait for their vehicle longer than expected. Also, the cost of repairs is stated up front so there are no surprises. Hands down the best dealership around. More
