Poor communication and service. Customer was told by service agent Damla Alkan that it would take 2 hours for oil change. It took nearly 4 hours while the customer waited. Service agent (Damla Alkan) strung along the customer by keep saying 20 more minutes repeatedly. If you value your time, avoid this place at all costs. I am never coming back here again.
