Bought a certified 2018 Honda Ridgeline on June 29th from this dealership. Started to notice a noise coming from the vehicle on the expressway. IT was a loud whistling sound coming from the dashboard. I had this dealership. Started to notice a noise coming from the vehicle on the expressway. IT was a loud whistling sound coming from the dashboard. I had recorded a video proving the noise coming from the vehicle and sent it to the sales rep. We also noticed that the sunroof was not sitting flush with the roof of the car. Pictures were taken and sent to the sales rep. This was all sent and notified to the dealership after having the car for a week. This was not a car I was planning to return but because the car was stated certified I as a consumer was under the impression the car went through a thorough inspection of the vehicle and theses issues should of not been missed. I contacted the dealership hoping these things would be taken care of because the car was just bought and it was claimed certified. Unfortunately the answers I have received from motorwerks technicians is these are the characterstics of the vehicle and they wont fix the issues. At first I almost believed them but when i dropped off the car for them to look at they gave me another Honda Ridgeline as a rental. Now with the same exact car the sunroof sits perfectly flush with the roof of the car and I have no wind noise coming from the dashboard when driving on the expressway. Bringing this up to motorwerks that the rental they gave me does not have these issues but they still told me it was the characteristics of the vehicle. As a consumer I feel very duped in purchasing a car from motorwerks. I wish I can add the photos and videos to this review but it looks like I cant. For all the bragging motorwerks does about there customer service and rating, please show me now how great it is. Motorwerks still has my vehicle and I am still hoping for the best! More

We having been working with Motor Werks Honda since 2003. The team always works hard to find exactly what we are looking for even if different client advisors. They have twice sold/leased to us two cars on the same day. This recent experience in June/July 2021 is no different. Anthony and Aaron were successful in finding the "exact" Accord Touring we were looking to purchase. Anthony provided a great deal. Aaron helped to secure the car for us. We especially like the new sales model where you work with just your client advisor, no need to talk to finance, options person, etc. The process has significantly improved the time to seal the deal and complete paperwork. Our only suggestion is working to move toward electronic signatures in advance of pickup/delivery, except of course the final finance documents which will likely still require a wet signature. This is the new signature process for mortgages and it seems could be easily adapted to car purchasing too! PS: Motor Werks Service Dept also is a winner! More
