First of all, I bring my car in for a diagnosis. Head Gasket and Leaky Fuel Injectors on my 2018 Honda Accord. Evans Marinakis was my service advisor. In the beginning there was a whole problem with Head Gasket and Leaky Fuel Injectors on my 2018 Honda Accord. Evans Marinakis was my service advisor. In the beginning there was a whole problem with the warranty company, that took forever to get anywhere with. The warranty company did not cover the repair. So I had to pay breakdown of my car which was over $2,000. I pay it in full and walk out the dealership with my keys. To the parking lot I see my car, with the drivers door window wide open, covered with a garbage bag. Outside. In the middle of winter. Total disrespect of property. And just flat out lazy by the techs. I open my back seat door to my cylinder head in a box covered with all sorts of my car parts on top of it(intake manifold, all sorts of bolts and gaskets). I take the box right to the machine shop to get my head resurfaced and cleaned, normal procedure. The machine shop takes one look and says the valves were bent in the process of removing. I paid an extra $200 to the machine shop so they could fix this issue. I go ahead and contact Mr.Marinakis and let him know about the situation. Mr.Marinakis then follows up and says “yeah, I have no clue. Technician said he took it out and put it in a box and that was it.” Clearly not taking responsibility of damage to my vehicle. Clearly doesn’t want to work with a customer and make things right. Never coming back to this dealership. Unprofessional and no respect of another’s property. I’d advice not taking your car here for service, very unprofessional. Can’t even take responsibility of damage they caused. Wish I could give 0 stars because I would. More
