The trunk of my Audi was tied down with a boating cord, and the frame damaged from the impact. I knew the insurance would cover damage, but I hadn't realized the extent of the loss to the car's trade-in value and that meant I have a number of obstacles to overcome. All of these were met with the help of Shawn Hassan, and more than met. At the end of the process, unbelievably, instead of taking a hit, financially, I was diving a better car than the Audi when it was new, and every aspect of the new purchase - a 3-series 2011 BMW - was an improvement over what I'd been driving. Shawn is never pushy, and what's more - he listens. That immediately distinguished him from the agent I was working with at my Audi dealership, who never stopped talking and had all the answers before I'd even asked a question. When I arrived that first day at the Honda dealership, with hust an hour's notice, Shawn had three cars ready for me to test drive. Instead of trying to sell me on this or that feature (which I was quite able to evaluate myself as are most people looking in this range), he listened to what I had to say, and came to a judgement of which car might suit me best. Having this confirmation of my own judgement was way more helpful, than hearing a lot of unnecessary verbiage about every small thing on every car I looked at. I will be returning often to MoterWerks in the coming years and certainly I'll recommend Shawn Hassan as an excellent guide through even the complicated buying experience that my accident (through no fault of my own) put me through.. Jae Kong was similarly helpful, and (thankfully) humorous about the finances and insurance obstacles. More
