Horrible customer service!!!!!! I bought a 2016 Honda Fit from this dealership, upon doing my paperwork the finance manager added over $3000 worth of extras on my car. Extended warra I bought a 2016 Honda Fit from this dealership, upon doing my paperwork the finance manager added over $3000 worth of extras on my car. Extended warranty, added features that weren't on the car. Luckily I caught it in time. Fast forward to August, Fell in love with the new Rigdeline and went in to trade in my Fit. I can't get anyone to help me, no calls or emails returned. Will never go back. More

Fabulous experience! I found my 'used' Scion online at Motor Werks Honda. I went to check it out and worked with Dustin Eugenio. I felt comfortable with him right away. He I found my 'used' Scion online at Motor Werks Honda. I went to check it out and worked with Dustin Eugenio. I felt comfortable with him right away. He took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and before the test drive, explained the features and how they worked. He was very easy to talk to and not pushy at all. My experience was easy, quick and fun. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and personable. I am glad Motor Werks gave me a great experience with a situation that is usually very stressful. Poor Customer Service Worst experience ever at this dealership! Customer service is the worst! First time I've purchased a new vehicle and I've purchased an extended warran Worst experience ever at this dealership! Customer service is the worst! First time I've purchased a new vehicle and I've purchased an extended warranty and cancelled couple days after purchasing and six months later it is just now being cancelled. I've had to go through several managers in each department just to get the run around and no one couldn't help solve problem. They were very poor at responding to email/voicemails as well. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle through Honda Motor Werks. More
