Bad Experience That Won't End My experience with sales was good but when it came to financing my car and obtaining an extended warrantee, my experience was the worst. I was told one thing about the extended warrantee I was purchasing and once I received the warrantee in the mail, it was incorrect and I have been trying to straighten the error out since my purchase back in May. I began by contacting Rafael Medina, who I dealt with in finance, and after numerous phone calls, emails and an in person visit to the showroom after the purchase, the warrantee was never corrected and he is now no longer with Motor Werks. In my frustration with not getting an answer from Rafael, I reached out to one of the sales managers, Aaron Bulinski, who was very nice and actually got back to me, but after returning a call to him and leaving him a message, I never heard back from him again. I am now dealing with John Sherrier, who I spoke with almost a month ago, and again I have gotten no response after my initial contact. I am extremely disappointed and feel that once I signed the paperwork, Motor Werks has had no interest in resolving my issue that was caused by what was told to me by their representative. I will not be returning to this dealership when purchasing another car. More

Regardless of where we leased the car they inspected and cleaned the vehicle all at no charge. We were impressed how easy and open they were in the process given we were first time customers. Based on this experience at the beginning of the year we decided to return our car (given the lease was expiring) and explore a new lease with Honda Motor Werks Barrington. I dealt with Zach Goslin and Aaron Bulinski. Very easy and transparent experience with both gentlemen which I appreciated. Mr. Bulinski was particularly professional in the transaction. More

A true quality vehicle at an unbeatable price. The Motor Werks team did a great job of staying in touch with me that week when I still wasn't ready to close on the purchase, and once I was, they were too. The car was ready, and everything went very smoothly. I was there first thing in the morning, and Atif was prepared. He is very knowledgeable and was able to break down and simplify some of my more difficult questions. I appreciated how he was straightforward, and made the car buying experience fun. I'm really pleased at how everything worked out. More

I wanted to check out the Honda Pilot as a new option for my growing family. Atif was happy to work with us even though they were 30 minutes away from closing. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and worked his hardest to ensure that we can trade our existing vehicle and still have manageable monthly payments.
