I assure you that was not the case. I was greeted properly and asked if I had any questions on any of the vehicles. Anthony approached me in such a professional manner. Working with me as my car buying consultant then a salesmen. He offered me chooses and a test drive on the car we were looking at. He showed me the options and benefits that came with the car. He knew everything about the car and answered all my questions and any concerns I had. After some negotiating and finance options that were offered to me. We both came to an agreement that was mutual and fare. My two children were there with me and my 11 year old daughter turned to me and said "Dad when I grow up can I buy my car from Anthony and MotorWerks"I said absolutely with out a doubt. I feel very comfortable and confident that I got a fare deal at MotorWerks. Even my father-In law enjoys buying through the years from MotorWerks and enjoys his free car washes every single weekend. I also knew I didn't want a huge payment. My car salesman, Anthony Juliano, really helped guide me to the perfect car- Honda HRV. He didn't pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable when browsing cars and asking questions. He was super informative and I felt like he genuinely cared about my needs and what I was looking for in a car instead of just selling me a car I might be unhappy with. Overall, I'm so happy I switched to Honda and couldn't be more at peace about working with this dealership. I do not feel taken advantage of, like I hac felt at other dealerships, and Ive referred this dealership to several friends in the last month. But after spending one hour with Amita, I knew I would be buying my Honda Civic-EX car from Motor Werks and never went to any other Honda dealer. He listened to my needs and thoroughly explained everything I had questions for. I came back the next day with my father to finalize the lease. My father was not too familiar with the leasing process or Honda in general. Ian was very patient and understanding with my father to make sure that my father comprehended the leasing process and Honda vehicles. I am very thankful that Ian listened to my needs instead of trying to push me to get a higher model car, purchase add-ons that I don't need, and so on. Ian's compliance and understanding of my needs made my initial experience with him an extremely positive one! Over a year after leasing my car, Ian is still always available to help me. When I found a scratch on my car, Ian provided me with the Honda parts' phone number so I could order touch-up paint. When I came in to pick up my paint pen, Ian met with me and walked me to the parts to ensure that I did not get lost. He is more than happy to answer my first-time car-owner questions about things such as tire pressure, tire replacement, tire shine, wax and more!
