Shawn took his time to explain all details and insisted I call him without any hesitation should I have any questions or concern regarding my new vehicle. Immediately thinking that the car was lost and the trip was for naught, I did not think that there would be much else to see in my budget. However Anthony Juliano had prepared a list of vehicles of similar mileage/price as soon as he had found out about other people coming to see the Honda Civic. We test drove the vehicles and he patiently let me deliberate on whether to go for a purchase even though it wasn't the exact car that I was hoping to see, or whether to go back to my searching for another car. As we were about to get the paperwork going for a purchase, we noticed that the family that had been viewing the used Honda Civic had left the dealership. Anthony sprung into action, finding out whether the car was sold, and immediately took me out for a test drive. I quickly realized the car was everything I had hoped it would be and we drafted the paperwork as soon as we returned from the test drive. Thanks to Anthony's willingness to be patient with a customer and really make sure that they are taken care of, I was able to bring home the car that I wanted even though it seemed to be a lost cause just an hour before. More

Despite the assumption that this dealership is only for the uber financially well-heeled, this couldn't be further from the truth. Kevin Schwartz was our sales person and he was excellent in his attention to detail and follow-up. What we particularly appreciated was that he listened to what we were interested in and not interested in and didn't try to pressure us into something outside of our parameters. Because of this, the experience was efficient and smooth. There was none of this running back and forth nonsense that is so often the case at dealerships in order to get the customer to end up with something that either they really don't want or is outside of their budget. Instead of spending a grueling, entire day at the dealership, the entire transaction from start to finish over two days was fast. We also found our few minutes with Ziggy Sierzputowski and Kenny Wadman absolutely professional and straightforward. Neither tried to 'mess us about' as the British say. ...it was refreshing. Finally, we really appreciated the use of 'texting' messages between ourselves and Kevin..it was efficient and brilliant. More

He did not once try to push me to a different car, but made sure that I knew the features on other models. He stayed late to help me test drive and gave me a quote that night. He ended up matching a price I found at a different dealer as well and I was sold. The whole process was fast and easy and I am incredibly happy with my purchase. He is a great guy who clearly wants to make sure you are buying what is best for you. More
