I could tell that he was very knowledgeable about cars in general, as we discussed benefits and disadvantages of competitor's cars. In this process, I never felt pressured to make a decision. He was patient and thorough and I drove away in my leased CR-V feeling like I had made the most well-informed decision. Great dealership! Allan is awesome! Allan Lukas did a wonderful job and went above and beyond for us. He had to go through some hoops to find one of the cars I wanted to test drive but h Allan Lukas did a wonderful job and went above and beyond for us. He had to go through some hoops to find one of the cars I wanted to test drive but he did so and remained outwardly calm (though having been in sales at one time I can imagine the inner panic). I have been in many dealerships lately and some I will never step foot in again - Motor Werks Honda is not one of those! This place is lucky to have a very good, genuine sales consultant. No high-pressure sales and even though I am looking for a vehicle under $10k our salesperson, Allan, still treated me wonderfully. We came in for the Mazda3 hatchback but it seemed to have past damage that had been repaired (causing the hood to not be flesh with the rest with a wide gap). However, Allan looked up some other cars in my price range and we test drive those. A Subaru Outback (my dream car) and a Sentra. They each had their own issues and I’m not in a rush to buy. Motor Werks ended up not having a car for me this time but I’m in no hurry and will definitely be on the lookout for the used cars they get in. Out of the dealerships I’ve been to, this is the absolute best and the one I will choose over the others. Thanks Allan!! More
