I won’t ever use another dealer ship in the Chicagoland area after this wonderful experience! Their process is efficient and customer focused. No sitting and waiting for sales reps having to negotiate with area after this wonderful experience! Their process is efficient and customer focused. No sitting and waiting for sales reps having to negotiate with managers in a back corner of the showroom. Instead, I was able to tell Alyssa, a WONDERFUL sales reps, what I wanted and she did everything via email and phone so I spent less than 1 hour at the dealership to sign for and pick up my car.
