He even waited for my husband to arrive for half an hour for the 2nd test driving with him. It was good to know that this dealer does full-inspection on all used cars. We never felt pressured, only found ourselves confortable and could trust the quality of how they deal with every single cars. After we decided to purchase, all the paperwork has been done and back to Anthony's office, the car was already brought into the showroom from outside for us (Impressed by quick work!) Next day when we picked up the car, it was oil changed and washed, Anthony brought the remote starter with surprise! We were very satisfied with their service, the condition of the car, and can't wait our daughter comes back from college to see this car. I can report that the service from Anthony Juliano really changed my outlook on what it means to provide service. There was no aggressiveness in his approach to assist my mother and I plus he was very respectful to allow my mother and I time to discuss internally before approaching us again. He was friendly, enthusiastic, as well as focused on our needs rather than making a sale. His thoughtfulness throughout the transaction was great. The transaction itself was also a great experience. Aside from Anthony, I met the other staff members around the dealership, which gave a friendlier and more approachable experience throughout. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a car through Motor Werks in Barrington. They have a fantastic staff. I will also mention that working with Linda was a blast. No nonsense, but still as friendly as can be. I really don't have anything bad to say here. The next day, I signed a three-year lease that was $52 less per month than another local dealership's price—a lease that will save me $1,872 over the three years! Barely 24 hours after my first contact with Kevin and less than 90 minutes after I arrived at Motor Werks and met him in person for the first time, I drove away in my new Civic. They didn't pressure on me during the purchasing process and answered immediately on my questions. I could feel sincerity while exchanging email with Anna. Mr. Kong also helped us a lot for the smooth document process as well as a price deal. Linda, a financial manager, was very professional and precise on the work! Also, their website has "real" product photos which I loved because many dealers don't have it or just showing stock images. For me, it was important because this could be a piece of evidence that the dealer takes care of the vehicle and want to sell it to customers. (This is just my personal opinion though) Overall, I definitely recommend Motorwerks Honda, especially Anna Marie Horn, Jae Kong, and Linda. More

Brad was very patient and listened to all the concerns I had with car buying and my budget that I was looking to stay within. He also listened to what type of vehicle I was looking for. When a vehicle arrived on Motor Werks property that Brad thought I would be interested, he texted me and asked if I would be interested in coming in to see it. I had shopped at another dealer but made my final purchase at Motor Werks of Barrington due to the commitment and hard work of the my sale person Brad. Once the car purchased was made, it was a few hours later that I noticed the vehicle didn’t have a spare key, a $317 replacement cost. I notified Brad, he assured me that he would take care of it and he did.
