This is an unethical dealership. I call on Friday, April 19 about an Audi R5. The customer rep Julie Stanf-Lieb assured to me that the car is available for me to check it out on Sa I call on Friday, April 19 about an Audi R5. The customer rep Julie Stanf-Lieb assured to me that the car is available for me to check it out on Sat April 20. I got a confirmation from sales rep "Enrique", and I got all info about the car (VIN, iPack,etc). On Sat, I drove for hours from Iowa to arrive around 3:00 PM. Enrique was not there, and to my surprise, the car was already sold. Apparently, this dealership uses this lying method to bring customers to them. Be careful! More
