But, Joe answered all my questions (even printed out information for me to verify what I had been told over the phone), gave me a fair deal on my trade, clearly explained all the options on the car and was very helpful while I worked through everything. The test drive was open-ended with no pressure. I decided when to turn around and go back to the dealership. I also met with the Sales Manager, Steven, and was given various financing options. I got a great rate (which took very little time to find). I was given an IOU for some minor items that needed to be addressed and was assured they would be cared for within a week. The paperwork took less than five minutes to review and complete, and was clearly explained before any signatures were asked for. On the first business day after I purchased the car, Joe called to check in with me to be sure I was happy with my new ATS. This was a great car-buying experience! Other dealers could learn a thing or two about how to treat customers from these folks. More

I request they contact Motorwerks as I needed a loaner car and it was just after business hours. Cindy helped me although she was the bookkeeper and everyone who could authorize a loaner had left for the day. She stayed late to help me when I arrived in the tow truck with the vehicle and had arranged to get approval for a loaner and she took care of all the necessary paperwork. She was great ! Thanks! My husband and I were there with our two young kids, and Todd was patient as my husband and I took turns test driving the car. They ran numbers at full asking price, with tax, title and license with the 'average' used car interest rate, which showed us what the payment would be. They explained though, that the interest rate may go down based off credit. Although they were already asking a very fair price for the car (we did a ton of research), we negotiated it down further, with relative ease. Paperwork was quick and easy. The only downfall was the car we purchased had a fair amount of scratches on the front bumper along with two small dents. The dealership said they will fix them (we were given an IOU), but we have to bring the car back in for that. Since July 4 is only 5 days away, we'll probably have to wait till after that... All in all, we had a great experience with sales and finance and feel that we got a great deal on the car we bought. I highly recommend this dealership and will certainly be considering this dealership again when it's time to replace our other car. More

He involved Bill Heussner right away when it was a potential opportunity to sell us a vehicle in trade for our current one. He did a great job working with us and the manager to make the deal that we were comfortable with and getting all the items of our used vehicle covered under warranty work this week. It's been a pleasure doing business with Bill and the dealership so I'm sure we'll be back when it's time for our next trade in the next 2-3 years. Great experience as compared to some past purchases at other dealers. The extra follow-up calls to ensure our satisifaction were good but not too over the top. Thanks again. More

Car Purchase Saw the car we were interested online at the dealers web site. Went to look at it during off hours to see if we liked it. Worked with Todd from car sales. We liked the way he handled the whole test drive, sales process, and negotiation process with us. During the test drive we did notice some issues with the car, but Todd assured us the dealer would take care of us if the car was purchased. We did end up buying the car, and as promised, the dealership took care of the issues. Would recommend MW Cadillac of Barrington for sure. More
