I contacted Kevin early in the morning and they were able to get the car in later in the morning (at MY convenience)and actually look at it the same day. The problem that the car was having was intermittent so they asked to keep it overnight (I also told them that the problem was more prevalent when the car was cold) and I was fine with that. The next morning Kevin called to say that they had actually experienced the "bucking" condition that I had described to them. A few hours later Kevin called and said that the technician had found that the ignition coil for cylinder number 6 was bad, it was replaced and the car was ready to be picked up. Even though the repairs were covered under the manufacturer's warranty, I felt that the charges that I saw on the repair order ( I did not have to pay anything) were very reasonable. I would not hesitate recommending Motor Werks Cadillac to anyone. Kevin kept me informed every step of the way and the car was returned washed and dried! More

Buying a car from Motor Werks is always an excellent experience. I have purchased a number of cars and this was my first pre-owned car. I appreciate their attention to detail and the comfort I get knowi experience. I have purchased a number of cars and this was my first pre-owned car. I appreciate their attention to detail and the comfort I get knowing that the car I have purchased is going to be accurately described. I feel confident in the information I have been given and the fact that the car had been checked over by their mechanics. Upon taking it home I learned of a few minor issues that needed attention. I now have an appointment to get the things repaired along with a loaner car for my inconvenience. That's great customer service and a company who stands behind the cars they sell. That fact alone influenced my decision to buy the car I was looking for at Motor Werks instead of a car that was slightly cheaper but farther away. My sales rep was knowledgeable about the car I was buying and was never pushy. And Oh, did I mention that car washes are free on Saturdays as well as lunch in their lunch room. It's clear that they take care of their customers after the sale, even if coming by for a free car wash could push me into buying another car that I simply cannot live without had I not visited. More
Received a quote for a 2012 SRX and planned to fly out to pick up the car. I asked if there were any other charges than was was quoted and they said only a few less than $100 items, since I was going to pay pick up the car. Then their manager cals me to say the car just increased by $3000 because my other car (a BMW) was not on a lease!!! No where on the quote nor the website does it mention this incentive. I was upset and contacted GM/Detroit. UPDATE: The Cadillac Manager, Jeff Larson, contacted me one day later and said he was sorry the offer with incentives wasn't specific as to not my having a former lease but he would "honor" the original quote. I am proceeding with the purchase. More
Mike and Tim are nice guys to deal with and this is the 2nd time I've purchased a car from Motorwerks Cadillac. Also, plenty of stock to choose from and not a big and intimidating atmosphere. I called today to get a price on 2012 escalade esv, that this dealer had in stock, and when i called i spoke with lady/girl in internet sales department because i wanted to follow up on Elead that i sent fo this dealer had in stock, and when i called i spoke with lady/girl in internet sales department because i wanted to follow up on Elead that i sent for E-PRICE, and according to her manager don't give prices on phone, he can be very aggressive if i come in what kind of stupid business is this? Very unprofessional and not even single knowledge of the product that i was inquiring about. TOO bad you lost your business, even though i live 10 miles from you it is shame that you guys don't know how to do business with locals. And on a side note i don't believe a single comment that has been written for this dealership just my 2 cent. More
