She picked me up at the rental car parking lot with my new car, so that we could test drive it right away, was very communicative before, during and after the sale and was very nice to my son. She ALSO took the time to retrieve some items I left in the rental car and ship them to me a few days AFTER the sale. If you want a sales representative that will go above and beyond to make your car buying experience a breeze, definitely ask for Kristie when you visit MotorWerks. I have purchased two new Cadillacs here and they do all my service. I checked the website the day they were driving over from their farm to try to find and buy a suitable "family car" in one day. There was one - too new for pictures. Chuck had taken it in trade two days before. We headed in, and he got it all done for us in one afternoon. It's a great car - perfect for what they needed and in their price range. We all know it will be a good value because i know what kind of card MW keeps to sell vs wholesale. So unusual for them to have one like this - under $8000 - but they did. And we got it. Great experience with Chuck. Will definitely work with him when i decide to give up my current CTS. More

The communication was consistent, fair negotiations, and the overall time from viewing to purchase was more than reasonable. I would recommend this facility to family and friends. Pros: Excellent service, quality selection. Cons: Even though we had our own financing, they were a bit pushy with asking us to complete a Credit app, framing it as a Patriot Act requirement. More
