Amazing Experience Unexpectedly I was forced to buy a new car when my current vehicle’s transmission went out. I met with David Snyder and was completely unsure what I w Unexpectedly I was forced to buy a new car when my current vehicle’s transmission went out. I met with David Snyder and was completely unsure what I wanted and stressed I was completely without a vehicle. He walked me around the lot and showroom and showed me cars and SUVs. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Cadillac lineup. Never thought I would own a Cadillac but after driving one and hearing David explain all the safety features I was sold. Within 20 minutes I had picked out a gently used 2016 SRX and loveed it. I felt no pressure from David. Everything was straight forward and he handed me the numbers unlike other dealerships I had been to. I was allowed to take the vehicle home for a 24 test drive and the paperwork with the numbers. My sales person was David Snyder and he was so responsive and thorough when it came to sending me pictures of the car, responding to my voicemails or emails and sending purchase contracts that showed exactly what all the costs were going to be. There were absolutely no surprises or extra fee's and when you are buying out of state, and spending time and money to come visit a used car, your hope is that it is everything that it was promised to be. The car was absolutely that and more. Motor Werks is a quality organization with a great reputation and they stand behind what they sell. I can't say enough good things about everyone-including the detailers that did such a great job making the car look great. Working with Daniel Taylor was awesome. He is very down to earth, honest, and easy to work with. I also felt very comfortable when it came time to sign the forms with Dan De La Font. Kristie allowed me to test drive two vehicles which I had researched and I was able to choose the best one. My research helped me decide quickly, and Kristie set the car to my expectations before I left the lot. Having travelled from about 80 miles away, efficiency was key to arriving, negotiating, loan processing, and signing the papers.
