Of course I would have liked a lower price on the new car but I felt it was fair. Overall everyone was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. I also felt appreciated, something that seems to be lacking in businesses today, a lack of appreciation for the customer. A good experience. More

I could not have been happier with the overall experience with this dealership. I had the pleasure of dealing directly with the Sales Manager Daniel Taylor. From the moment I set foot in the store I was treated as a VIP customer even though I had never been there before. Although this was a Cadillac dealer I ended up buying a Ford Expedition they had received as a trade-in. They ended up detailing the car twice after the Sales Manager said he wasn't happy with how it looked (even though it looked great) the first time. They took care of every detail, small or big, that I asked for. I have to say this is a first class dealership and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. More

Great Service Department !!! I recently brought my car in for a pretty simple fix which was covered under warranty. I could not be more pleased with this service department - both Ross (Service Writer) & Marty (Service Manager). They earned my service business going forward and will buy my next Cadillac from them. However, Frank Fiore was knowledgeable, thorough, and accommodating throughout the experience. i was very pleased with the Escalade's condition. It was better than the clear pics advertised online.
