Scott was very patient and straightforward with me. There were no criticisms or judgements like I've gotten from other dealerships in the past. I gave him not a lot to work with and he made it happen - I walked out with keys to a new car. Scott, as well as the other employees there, treated me as if I was one of their top customers and worked with me as best they could. Daniel did a wonderful job in helping me reach a monthly payment I really didn't think was possible. And Rashard was very knowledgeable and great at explaining information to me in layman's terms - and again, there was no pressure or judgement if I said no to anything or if I didn't understand something fully. I've literally been laughed out of a dealership before, which if you've ever had that happen to you, is absolutely mortifying and makes car buying just a miserable experience and Motorwerks really turned that around for me. They treated me the way I think any car dealership should treat an individual whether they can help that person or not. Definitely recommending this dealership to anyone I know looking for a car. Before we make the change, the new service team rebuilt the service quality. Since then, Ross Wear is our service advisor. He is awesome. Our family's safety depends on the reliable vehicle. Every time I bring the vehicle back for service, I feel my car is on the safe hand. There are other famous brand of vehicle out there. It's not exaggerated, we keep using Caddy because of the fantastic service team. More
