Our dealerships do ship 100's of vehicles and work with our customers to have them arrange transportation. That is simply not a truthful response. Is a paid Marketing person answering a Customers negative experience which is 109% factual. The selling of this vehicle included the transport of this car. The Sales Manager arranged for the transport with his shipper for the past 20 years. The CAR was purchased which did include transporting the Car. Why would you misrepresent the FACTS. The Management Team- whom is that? My Assistsnt called the CEO’s direct office line & received his Assistants voice mail. He left a detailed messages along with the Office number. The CALL was never acknowledged nor returned to my Assistant. That employee like many others is not performing her job. Not acknowledging a problematic issue & returning a call promptly tells a grim story about Customer Relations. Tell the truth, get the facts correct before responding to a Customers experience. Shameful non factual response. As a Marketing Employee you need to understand the story before responding with disingenuous statements. Legally you have an obligation to state the facts in each case, not promote the “company lines”.

The used inventory does go thru a safety inspection and meet requirements to remain in the inventory. if anything were to come up after an inspection it will be addressed before the sales of a vehicle. Cosmetic decisions are made at this time as well. Our vehicles are aggressively priced to the market. This removes the haggling on price like the older days providing a low pressure buying experience. We do understand it still can be disappointing when a deal does not work as one might hope.
