This was an awesome car buying experience!!! From the moment I talked to Jarrell on the phone till the time we drove off in our new car it was a very very enjoyable experience! Jarrell our salesman was so friendly and let us take our time "no high pressure sales" which was great! He also was very knowledgeable and kind. Then when we went to go sign papers Scott was just as awesome as Jarrell! Very polite and very fast with our paper work! From the moment we decided to buy the car it maybe took 30 min to get things signed and get our keys! This place is sooo awesome and you will not be sorry you came to visit them!!! I will never buy from another franchise dealer again...you are ALWAYS in those place for over 3-4 hours when you can go to Motor Trends and be there 45 min tops!!! We were in market for BMW 750LI, we called others dealers in area including Sonic BMW in Houston. They were not friendly or willing to work with you, we called Robert Hines At Motor Trends & asked for drive in area including Sonic BMW in Houston. They were not friendly or willing to work with you, we called Robert Hines At Motor Trends & asked for drive out price for the car. He said he will talk with his manager Frank & get back with us, 5 minutes later Frank called & gave us fair drive out price. When we went to pick up the car, we got delayed due to traffic, Robert & his manager stayed 2 hours after closing for us. Also when we inspected the BMW it had moisture i one of the head lights, Robert promised to get that fixed & also give us warranty. We picked up the car on Friday, got home & found out that the under the car barrier was broken. We called Robert Hines on Monday, asked him him if they had checked under the car, he said no & told him that car barrier was broken & needed to be fixed, at this time we are thinking they are not going to fix this & give us excuses since we got great deal on Beamer. However Robert called us back & said they had ordered the part & will call us when they get the part to get it fixed. It took about 2 weeks, since the part was back ordered. Robert & Motor trends fixed the part on Friday :) In our dealing with Robert Hines & Motor Trends we find that they are Pros, give great value & take great care of clients before & after the sale. My wife and I had been looking for quite a while for a vehicle and a friend recommended Motor Trends. They had purchased a few vehicles from Jarrell Cooper and said he was great to deal with. From the first phone call he was very helpful and super knowledgeable. When we arrived at the dealership he had the trucks we were interested in up front and ready to go and it was just a matter of us choosing the one we liked the best. Jarrell was able to point out the few differences between the two trucks and we decided on our favorite. The rest of the process went just as smooth and they were even able to save us some money on the financing! Thank you Jarrell and the whole crew at Motor Trends! We will be back for sure! More

Went in to look at a certain truck and ended up leaving with it. It was exactly as described in the web ad when I got there. Only thing that needed fixing was the power lock on the passenger side. I left with the truck that night with a statement saying they would fix it free of charge within 30 days. Three weeks later I called and they had the part already ordered and were waiting on me. They ended up fixing it while I waited there and knocked it out in about an hour. Frank, the manager, was very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of throughout the whole process. Ronell was great to work with and made everything really easy. More
What a Great Experience it was dealing with Motor Trends and our salesman Jarrell Cooper! He never pressured us as we test drove many cars as we weren't sure exactly what we wanted or if we even wanted another one, but he stayed with us always smiling and willing to help. When Jarrell would get busy or called away Frank was right there with us to fill in and answer anything as well. What a nice suprise that was compard to the other vehicle buying experiences I have had over the last 40 years! Motor Trends is a clean, friendly enviorment and the two guys we worked with Jarrell and Frank as menitoned above could not have been better! Thank You Motor Trends! More
This was my first time to buy a car from a used car dealership. But they had the car I wanted and Ronell Ram and Scott Cobb were fantastic to work with. I believe I got a good price for my trade-in (better than Kelley Blue Book trade-in value), and I think I got a very good price for the care I purchased (I couldn't find a better price for a comparable car at other dealerships or from private individuals). When I am ready to purchase my next car, I will certainly go back to Motor Trends. More
My wife and I had been searching for a new car her for almost a year, looking at all makes and models, the idea all along was kind of a sporty red coupe. We searched nationwide for months, never finding almost a year, looking at all makes and models, the idea all along was kind of a sporty red coupe. We searched nationwide for months, never finding anything that we just said, "that's the one." After an exhausting search, we located an Infiniti G-35 here in our home state of Oregon 45 miles away from out home, drove it and really liked it, but it was sold from underneath us (which would be the best thing in the end). Several weeks later, I was searching the internet when I located a 2003 Infiniti G-35 red coupe in Texas with only 14K miles and one owner carfax certified vehicle. I have never bought a car online and thought it was a pipe dream at best, but sent an email. Jarrell Cooper responded to me very quickly and very professionally without being pushy and said, "lets see what we can do to make this happen." I hired a business to go by and do the full inspection and had pre-approval from my local financial institution for the purchase. The ball was rolling and I was going to be in the San Antonio Texas for the holiday so we could go drive and see the car. We worked out all the details, put a deposit down and went to San Antonio for the holiday, rented a car and drove to the Houston area to Motor Trends. We were greeted very casually, but enough to make us feel important and special, given the keys and with copies of Driver's Licese and insurance, they told my wife and I to go drive it! We were extremely impressed with the condition of the car and the feeling we recieved the entire time we were there, it was by far, hands down the most positive car buying experinece I have ever had over the years of buying about 20 cars! I would buy from them again tommorow and do it online without driving the car, yes it was "that good!" So the details were worked out, we signed some papers, we left the dealership feeling releived and extatic, I had just given my wife her Christmas present!! We never had any intentions of driving the car home, so after we left and got home, we worked out the details with our credit union and a check was sent and the car was on its way to Oregon via car carrier! We again worried about the condition of the car driving through less than favorable weather. We were in contact with the dealership during this time and they kepy reassuring me they do this all the time and the car will be fine. The car arrived as promised and in the condition we saw it in when we drive it, it was perfect! I really cannot say enough about the experience I had, it was nothing short of "AMAZING!!!!!!" Thanks to Jarrell Cooper and Scott Cobb, you guys followed through with your promises, made sure we were happy and most of all made sure we got the best Infiniti in the Country after a long exhausting search!
