A month after i had it the power door lock on the passenger side quit working. I called JJ & he had me bring it in the next day and had it repaired at no cost the same day . Cant beat that . I liked the fact that there wasn't any pressure to buy. We looked online made a call and maybe 5 minutes later everything was all setup. At first I thought no way but then when we got there I couldn't believe how much better all the cars really looked way better plus paperwork didn't drag on for days just a couple of hours in fact by the time we got there and test drove the car and signed the contract is say we were in and out in about two hours tops. That to me is reliable service at its best. I definitely would recommend anyone and everyone to this dealership in fact am definitely going back for another vehicle without a doubt. These guys know their business and work to get you into the car you always dreamed of. I apologized for the hour I called him and he laughed and said it's OK! Don't worry, I'm so happy to help you at any time! That is the best you can get! I worked 23 yrs for a 5 Star Hotel which stresses on customer service and I received 5 Star service for sure! Test drove solo with the family which was a huge plus. Makes you less nervous and experience the car easier. Friendly staff from sales to trade in appraisal to financing to paperwork to you name it. Nothing but high quality cars on their lot and the building was clean and nice. A very impressive place and I look forward to buying my next used car here, for sure. More

I found the Truck that I wanted online after searching for weeks and when I found the truck it was for a fair price considering all of the other Trucks that I found that were similar to it. One thing that I noticed about their car lot when I pulled in was that their were no "junkers" anywhere. This dealership only sells used cars that are in brand new shape. The price was not negotiable, but on the other hand, it was cheaper and nicer than any other truck that I found anywhere else. I had a great experience and it was a very fast process than ever before. I loved being able to go in and 10min later being able to drive out and head home. More
