Our trade in vehicle was on their no buy list because of brand and high milage. So instead of making it more convenient for their customer, we have to get rid of our old car. It is a hassle for us for a few hundred dollars to get rid of our car. May be Robert should have the courtesy of letting us know early in the purchase process about their no trade in position on our old vehicle.and they should have at least got the spare key and a owners manual as vehicle had been on their lot for some time.
