I was there over 3 hours today ! !!!! State inspection, oil change, tire rotation. There was workers just standing around talking and laughing. I think I will go somewhere else the ne !!!! Service department. .I took my 2022 Mitsubishi outlander in for service hood alignment and oil change I did sign paper at service center but at 9 a.m.on 05/30/2023 but be .I took my 2022 Mitsubishi outlander in for service hood alignment and oil change I did sign paper at service center but at 9 a.m.on 05/30/2023 but before they took my outlander to be serviced I was standing at my vehicle in parking lot where they parked it before they even started working on it I called Nathan Briggs and also sent text message not to do the oil change instead just do hood alignment but I was charged for the oil change I told service manager charlie and Nathan who checked in my car not to do oil change mind you my vehicle was moved to the side in the waiting lot I was standing behind my vehicle before they took it in when I did the call and text was told phone was down and internet was down well if phones were down how did receptionist transfer my call to Nathan Briggs voice mail so was told they already did oil change mind you again my car was never moved even tho they got paper work they did it anyways so if phone and internet was down I get penalized for it cause they " did not receive my messages that's my fault not good at all corporate call coming up More
Had a very bad experience at shelor motor mile Mitsubishi service center my appointment was at 9a.m. on 05/30/2023 to have hood alignment and oil change had to wait on the check in person Nathan Briggs who w service center my appointment was at 9a.m. on 05/30/2023 to have hood alignment and oil change had to wait on the check in person Nathan Briggs who was running behind schedule but that's ok. But during check I thought oil change would be free but that on me my mistake but I went ahead and did sign off on the service to be done after got paper work and checked in during during that time my vehicle was moved to the parking lot at the garage location next to the service building now mind you that the vehicle was only parked in the parking lot not pulled into the garage never started on my vehicle or touched. So I thought I had my credit card with me I discovered I had not . I was standing behind my vehicle at the time in the lot at which service department parked it I made call to service department to request that the oil change not be done just do the hood alignment it was under warranty so just do it I was transferred to Nathan's voice mail which I left message and also sent text message as well to the number on card that Nathan gave to me to contact him if anything came up I explained the situation on both by text and email I also explained it to the service department receptionist who also transferred my call this was at 9:30 apparently Nathan step away for a bit which lead me to leave messages so around little after 10a.m Nathan contacted me stating that the phones and internet was down at the time I let messages for him via text and voicemail so if that was so how did I talk to the receptionist and be transferred to his office phone humm .. but he stated oil change was done I stated I text him etc while I was standing in the parking lot right behind my vehicle before they even touched it to take in the garage next I requested to talk to the service manager charlie did not get his last name but he stated I signed off on paper work but we all know if you contact them before work starts on vehicle they are to redraw up paper work and redo what service to do be done I explained everything to " service manager" charlie that I contacted the person the way I was told to do via the little card with person name and number not my fault phones wouldn't working which kinda sketchy tho since I talked to the lady on phone at the time phones were apparently down but I was told not there fault I didn't have the payment said it was done which is a record on time and speed to move car with owner standing behind it on the phone leaving message stating not to do oil change in a 15 minute time period which is bs.but that good way to treat customer who paid cash to purchase vehicle from them and that was considering to purchase another one well if that is the way they treat customer in the service department forget it next purchase will be else where and call to corporate office to explain why will not do business at this business again More
