This is the second time in 10 years I have dealt with Shelor & it took 10 years to even consider giving this dealership another chance since I was lied to just to sell me an extended warrenty it will be Shelor & it took 10 years to even consider giving this dealership another chance since I was lied to just to sell me an extended warrenty it will be a long time before I come back if at all,& I surely wont recomend any friends to deal there. Mike was atomite that I have 2 keys with my trade but the vehicle I purchased came with one his response was it was a 5.00 walmart key so he was not concerned about it. When test driving the 2002 Tahoe I noticed the service engine soon light was on when I menchoned it again Mike was not concerned with having it checked out his comment was it was a oilchange light so again no big deal,when in fact it was a check engine light which was a bad 02 sencer which was going to cost aproximatley 261.00 which the gentleman in service helped me out with & hopefully this doesnt get him in trouble because he knows about customer service I want to say he was top notch. The third was I left the dealership with my used Tahoe on empty no gas in it this was pathetic in my opinion. This dealership has gotten so big it has forgotten about customerservice I know for a fact that you (the dealership) made a good amount of money off of me with this deal & I understand making money but being so greedy that you dont care about people is pathetic. to recap for about 300.00 which that would have been to fix the check engine issue,a spare key & 67.00 tank of gas (333.00) & dont forget my extra trip to get the vehicle fixed (my time) which is worth money also you (the dealership) could have had a very happy customer. I know this will be discarded & not even be looked at so again I have wasted time which is very important to me,but If you are happy with getting one over on your customers then keep on doing it this way you do enough people this way your business will go away just take a look down the road at the Harley shop they were the same way treating people bad I tried to deal with them once & they were the exact the same the difference is I walked away as did many other people & as a result they are gone. I am sure this email wil be deleted because you dont want to hear it but I have said my peace & feal better about it,I will not be back for a very long time if at all & I can promise I have already told at least 10 people maybee more I when asked I will tell people not to visit Shelor. We were very pleased the very first visit. So many times it seems you go round and round; but we were offered a very good deal right off. The only reason we didn't buy the first visit was all me - not ready it seems you go round and round; but we were offered a very good deal right off. I had bought a Soul 3 months ago and found that it wasn't the correct size vehicle for us, even though we were down to just the two of us. I contacted Eric and he got us to come back in to drive the Sorento the correct size vehicle for us, even though we were down to just the two of us. I contacted Eric and he got us to come back in to drive the Sorento he thought we would be satisfied with; we drove it home that same afternoon. And because we were return customers it went alot faster this time! The Soul was a great little car, but trying to put us, our 2 Schnauzers and a friend in it left no room for luggage! We love the Sorento and Eric is great. We will be buying a truck in about a year and Eric is who we will go back to. Everyone in the dealership is professional and customer service oriented.
