I waited a short time in the waiting center and then he came and told me what the problems were. He asked if I needed a vehicle, as mine would take a few days to be repaired. He got me set up in a Cross Trek. It was less than a week, and I received a call that my Soul was ready. I picked it up and it runs great again! James explained everything that was done to me and made sure I was satisfied. I rate my experience very highly! More
