He was knowledgeable, patient and did not try to push us in any direction. Everyone else associated with the process was friendly and very professional. We found a very minor issue (signal light not working) and brought it to the express service center a few days later where it was fixed in 10 minutes with no charge. This was our first time buying with Shelor, but I doubt it will be our last. More
