Well we have figured out that we more than likely will not buy another vehicle from Shelor nor a Kia dealership. Went in for a recall and came out with having to have a rental/loaner car because the part not buy another vehicle from Shelor nor a Kia dealership. Went in for a recall and came out with having to have a rental/loaner car because the part that is needed is on back order and who knows when it could come in. Then get told that kia only pays for 1 day after ur vehicle is fixed and well its not may fault my family and I have plans to go to the beach already and it's not my fault the parts are on back order. I can't help that the car had a recall on it. So they were going to try to charge me 35 dollars a day if we weren't back from vacation and my car was ready.... I mean that's insane. This is the 2nd time that I have had a recall on my car and ended up leaving with a loaner because it couldn't get fixed in a timely manor. Which granite I understand somethings can't be controlled but it's not our fault. I mean its just been a big mess. More

Personable and competent service, with obviously considerate management; after dropping my Kia off at the service center, I had the experience of catching an Uber to pick up my car late after closin considerate management; after dropping my Kia off at the service center, I had the experience of catching an Uber to pick up my car late after closing time, asking the staff if they could leave the key in the car when they went home for the day, and *actually* finding my key in my car when I arrived. Always a relief when management understand that staff & customers want to be able to treat each other like human beings. More
