Robert, unfortunately, we do not have control over part delays, nor what franchise rules are for coverage, including rentals. We have offered to pick up the rental vehicle from your house since you weren't taking it to the beach — that way you are not incurring any rental charges. We feel as though we have done everything we could to help you in this situation.
