my girlfriend and myself made it clear before we was charged anything we would like to know upfront because we didnt have any money with us at the time what money we had was for our kids school clothes. but tony advised us we would not be charged anythhing at all untill or unless i agreed to it. they took our car back he called me and advised me that there was no oil leak under the car and i asked him if i was being charged anything and he said yea since there was no leak the oil change would be the only thing i was charged for his exact words was your only charge today is the 75 for the oil change i came back and told him i would have to wait on the oil change because i did not have the money today. he said ok since your not getting an oil change we are charging you a 70 dollar inspection fee, so since i turned down the oil change at the time he through that charge in there on me i asked to speak with a maneger he went and spoke with joe and they aprroched me and i explained everything that was said to me and my girlfriend and he wouldnt even listen to me he kept shaking his head and interupting me sayin no no no i dont believe you i believe tony. so i asked for his maneger or boss and he shook his head no and said i am the maneger u can talk to me i said so you dont have a boss he said no i am the boss and i said ok thats fine i will contact someone else. and i asked what i needed to do now because i didnt have the extra 70 dollars he said either you ppay the 70 or you dont get your vehichle back so i had to pay the 70 dollarss. i think its wrong that he never mentioned a 70 dollar inspection fee untill i declined the 75 dollar oil chainge and then refused my car back to me.
