Mr. O'dell was a pleasure to deal with. There was never any pressure to buy. Mr. O'dell searched other Ford dealerships to find the vehicle with the options that I wanted. The only low point was when we went to the finance office the guy in there tries to get you to buy extended warranty,nitrogen in your tires,gap insurance,life insurance,etc,etc,etc it's probably a good idea but he could cut his sales pitch down a little. Got a great internet price, decent trade-in and the salesperson (Shannon Allen) was great as well. Minimal haggling, but that is the benefit of getting an internet price. Had to sit through the typical extended warranty sales pitch with the finance guy, but I was too nice to interrupt. I never understood why someone spends 15 minutes trying to convince you that your brand new car is going to explode as soon as the warranty is up, especially when it is a Ford, and Ford is pushing their quality so hard.
