We drove up on the lot and Kathey Deacon immediately came out with a smile on her face. We saw her coming and knew she was the perfect person to deal with. I worked with Kathey Deacon for over a month trying to find the right car. I really wanted something new but I'm young and don't have any extra financial support so I really feared I wouldn't get a new ca find the right car. Kathey really went to bat with me and gave me the rebates and price cuts I needed to afford my new Ford Fiesta. She even explained to the banks I had recently gotten a promotion to my year-to-date wasn't accurate. Kathey really cares about the people she works with. I remember the first time I tried to get a car with a smaller down payment than I needed and she got teary-eyed when I told her I was used to not having anyone to turn to financially or for a cosigner etc. She's not the usual car salesman we all hear horror stories about. While she is there to sell cars, I think that the selling part takes a back seat to helping people and she really does help people. I commute to work and graduate school everyday and my truck broke down on me. I was at my wit's end trying to get a car with terrific gas mileage and preferably new. I worked with Duncan and Magic City but neither dealer really went to bat for me like Kathey and Shelor Ford did. I drove home Saturday with a brand new 2012 Ford Fiesta in the color and trim I wanted! I was given superior service by Bowie Clift. I initially contacted Shelor and many other online dealers for a price on a Ford Fusion. The information sent by Bowie was in a totally different league than all contacted Shelor and many other online dealers for a price on a Ford Fusion.
