While I normally deal with Bowie Clift, he was tied up and had Gary Smith help me with my choices. While I am disabled, Gary made sure the two vehicles I was interested in were at the front door to the F and had Gary Smith help me with my choices. While I am disabled, Gary made sure the two vehicles I was interested in were at the front door to the Ford building when I got there. I looked at both a new and a 2009 F-150's. The new one had an FX-4 package and the used one a Laredo package. Well after driving the Laredo my Wife made up my mind for me (with out to much difficulty) on the Laredo. Gary was great getting the wheels moving on both the Ford Manager and the finance departments Morris Miller. I have worked with Morris before and he is great when I am hurting, he moves fast but VERY accurate. After the Finance dept. Gary picked me up and brought me to the Ford Building where he went over all aspects of the New (to me) truck. Then I left to return the next day. Gary had arranged to have my wheel chair lift moved over to the truck from my Escape and it was fast and well done. After they did a good cleanup. Meanwhile Gary sent me home in a new Edge so I wouldn't have to be at the dealership all day. I have and will continue to do business at Shelor's Motor Mile. The service department has always been good to me and have a great waiting area, especially for a guy in a wheel chair. Or I can easily wheel around the Chevy and Ford new car lots.
