I had been thinking about trading my car and had looked at various dealerships around where I live but the selection of used vehicles was very limited. When I got there I was immediately visited by a salesman and I told him what why I was there and had no idea what I was looking for. He walked with me around the entire parking lot giving me prices and a little background on the cars that I was looking at. He was super friendly, had a strong background in vehicles and was so easy to work with. He didn't try to get me into anything I couldn't afford and we worked all day until I finally found something I liked and that was in my price range. I went home the same day with a car. I just can't say enough about how friendly, courteous, knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile my salesman was. He was awesome to work with. Everyone at Shelor was extremely friendly and worked diligently on all my paperwork to get it done. My experience with Shelor was a great one and I will definitely be returning for my next trade. :-) More

My experience buying my 2013 Fusion Hybrid was a good one with Shelor Ford. Granted, a large part of the buying process was shortened and simplified because I was eligible for X-Plan pricing. They were reasonably fair with my trade-in value, and the whole process went a lot faster than I expected it to. I would return for future purchases. More
