I recently moved and took my Cadillac CTS for service. The first time when the engine light came on, I was asked to leave the car which I did. As the day went by I didn't hear back from the service dept o The first time when the engine light came on, I was asked to leave the car which I did. As the day went by I didn't hear back from the service dept or receive any updates. I had to call twice or thrice only to hear that the agent (Joe) dealing with the issue was with another customer. Finally I get a call the following day on the status and they had to keep the car for a day more to replace the radiator which wasn't cheap ($1600). Couple of days ago, I noticed some abruptness in the gear shifting (3.6L v.6) and since these guys did the transmission job last time, figured will go back to them. I should have known better; I was asked to leave the car again and same story all over again. I didnt get any updates and after calling numerous times only to hear that the agent (Joe) was with another customer again, I gave up. Finally I got a call at the end of day stating that they need one more day. This morning again I tried calling with the same result and so I finally gave up and went there and got my car back. I m very very displeased with the service and even more so with the fact that no one was able to give me a straight answer. I am going to also speak to the line manager (Brian) directly in the next few days to report the sort of experience I had to go through. More
