The experience was great. Charlie could find the lug nut lock key for my car, so they ordered and mailed me a new one. Also, the SYNC system in the car i bought was not connecting to my phone, I had to take lock key for my car, so they ordered and mailed me a new one. Chad Lucas was so patient with us in trying to find a car that best suited our needs at an affordable price. He also looked up the internet special on a Ford Focus which we purchased.
