Great Service Because of my past history of positive experiences at Shelor's service department, I drive 45 minutes to their service department whenever I need work Because of my past history of positive experiences at Shelor's service department, I drive 45 minutes to their service department whenever I need work done on any of my vehicles. This particular visit was with a Ford F150 that I bought used from another dealer. Within an hour of dropping it off, I got a phone call advising me that the repair would take more than one day. I really appreciated that, because it allowed me to plan my week. I got another update at the end of that day, letting me know that parts were on order and that the repairs would be complete in 2 days. My truck was ready when they said, and seems to be correctly repaired. Special thanks to Eric Adams, my service advisor, for keeping me informed of the progress. Competent repair work and great customer service will keep me coming back. Although I didn't buy this vehicle from Shelor, I have bought 4 vehicles there, and will most assuredly buy more there in the future. More
