Not a good experiance. I had my oil changed on May 25th. The technician broke the oil dipstick off. I made an appointment on May 30 to have the dipstick replaced on June t I had my oil changed on May 25th. The technician broke the oil dipstick off. I made an appointment on May 30 to have the dipstick replaced on June the 4th. I assumed the part was in stock or if not it would be ordered. I received a call from the service department after two days stating the dipstick has not been received. My vehicle has been in the shop for three days and the service still has not been completed. Recall Service I got a recall notice on my 2015 Fusion on a Tuesday afternoon, made an appointment for the following Monday @ 8:00. It was ready by 10.
