Great Service, Long wait Went to get a State Inspection, new brakes, new tires, alignment and a oil change. It took about 5 hours in total. She went out of her way to get my problem fixed ASAP, as I live in my camper and travel a lot pulling my camper with my F350. I have never owned a Ford before, but I must tell you I am impressed with the truck I have now. I have pulled my fifth wheel camper across country twice and your truck has been more than impressive in handling all types of terrain and weather! For someone like me, who has no garage or shelter to put a vehicle under to protect from the rain, I cannot wait for a week or more to get it fixed. More

Surprisingly, our credit union backed off the deal due to the type of vehicle (despite telling us earlier we could purchase any vehicle we wanted to with their credit.) Shelor's Motor Mile Ford and Financial employees went to work, offered us a very lucrative deal and saved the day. My only complaint is they left my windshield very dirty when they scraped off the old sticker in the middle of the windshield. They removed the old sticker and placed the new one on the lower left. I would have preferred they put it back in the same place. More
