Agreed to buy a 2019 Ford Ranger, while doing the paperwork I’m informed I cannot take the Ranger with me. There was a recall on the vehicle they had not addressed. The recall was 2 months old. So I traded a Tacoma to get the pleasure of driving a Ford Taurus. I would say I’m less than impressed with the professionalism of Shelor. Although I was told to be sure and fill up the Taurus with gas before I bring it back. It would be funny if it wasn’t so maddening.
