I was super pleased with our experience in purchasing our 2020 Ford Explorer. Tommy Manuel was honest and straight forward with us which I super appreciate. I didn't feel like we had to argue to get a good 2020 Ford Explorer. Tommy Manuel was honest and straight forward with us which I super appreciate. I do feel that he was honest with the pro's about it though and ultimately I made the decision to go with it. More

Well my car inspection was passed and there was a bad wheel baring, they obviously took my lining off to check my cabin filter but failed to replace the one in there that was horrible plus clean the area wheel baring, they obviously took my lining off to check my cabin filter but failed to replace the one in there that was horrible plus clean the area around it which was clogged because that lining wasn’t even but back correctly, therefore causing water to be in my passenger side of the floor so needless to say I’m not satisfied or happy at all to be buying parts two weeks after purchasing the Mustang More
