Our 2019 Ford Expedition encountered loss of power on the way home to Georgia on Sunday December 26’ 2021 about 20 miles from our hotel on I-81 and we limped into the hotel. Motor Mile Ford was .07 miles fro way home to Georgia on Sunday December 26’ 2021 about 20 miles from our hotel on I-81 and we limped into the hotel. Motor Mile Ford was .07 miles from our hotel. We researched Google to get information about the dealership. The service department opened at 7:30 the following day. So we made sure to be there at 7:30. We were treated with respect and kindness from the entire staff. We explained our situation that we were 400 miles from home to our Service Advisor Cody Taylor and Mike (unfortunately we did not get Mikes last name) his supervisor and they worked our car into their service lineup. They determined what was wrong and ordered the part saying they could not guarantee it would be there the next day but would ask it be expedited. They also provided us with a rental for the day. We checked back the following day about 10:00 am and the part would be there that morning. The part came in and they had us on our way at 1:00 PM. We (my wife and I) have NEVER been treated as well at a dealership especially being stranded 400 miles from home and not purchasing the car from that dealership. We feel Cody and Mike went out of their way to help a couple stranded right after the Christmas holiday. They should be commended for their professionalism and compassion for the service they provided to this stranded Georgia couple. More
