I was stranded in Dublin, VA with a check engine light, a bad previous repair that cost me over 300 bucks, and a planned return trip back west in 3 days. Service writer good,not happy or pleased with Shelor over last visit,they serviced the truck and aligned it and yes hooked up cab lights but that's where it ended. Without being told the technician removed t last visit,they serviced the truck and aligned it and yes hooked up cab lights but that's where it ended. Without being told the technician removed toggle switch ( left hole in dash panel),did not clean up wiring or at least tie up wire to not be noticed. Very dissatisfied with job performance More

Everything went well about getting me in and the turn time sooner than gave.
