I showed up without an appointment for an annual state inspection and was pleasantly surprised that an appointment wasn’t needed like most other repair shops require. Waiting room was nice and clean. I think Tiffany does an excellent job. She is professional and does get back with me when dealing with my vehicle. Sometimes parts are slow coming in but no reflection on the dealership.
