We brought our Edge in the night before for service the next day. At close to 2 PM the next day I text the service advisor for a readiness. 74 minutes! later I received a response. Moments later a different service advisor call to say, it would be near 5 PM before the vehicle would be ready. We dropped the vehicle off the night before to prevent getting caught in 5 PM traffic. Beyond the mid-70s year old and raining, we senior citizens make plans not to get caught like this. As far as the actual service work. It is too early to comment. I was apprehensive at first, as this was my first experience with a multi vendor service organization. But in the end, I found it to be very efficient and look forward to using motor miles in the fut experience with a multi vendor service organization.
