n April 12, 2023, I purchased a new Yukon XL Denali from Motor City Buick GMC. The buying process started by contacting Jay Ramos, a salesperson at Motor City Buick GMC, on April 4, 2023. It was communicated and confirmed by the salesperson, Jay Ramos, and the dealer’s financing department manager that the vehicle would be registered as COMMERCIAL. Other sales personnel and the sales manager at Motor City Buick GMC also confirmed that “every vehicle sold at Motor City Buick GMC is registered as COMMERCIAL.” On May 2, 2023, I received, via mail, the permanent registration showing “TYPE VEHICLE USE” as “AUTOMOBILE .”It is now Oct 16, 2023, and I have yet to resolve the issue with Motor City Buick GMC, which should have sold a COMMERCIAL type vehicle. The issue was never resolved and the dealership stopped taking my calls. More

This place is ridiculous. I made an appointment for transmission slip. I have a Life Time Warranty on power train and motor. After 13 days of being without my vehicle I made the phone call to find out what was going on. I was informed that they had not even looked at my truck. I was informed that they were going to rush it in as fast as they can. Later I was called and told that I have no warranty that it expired so I explained that I have two warranty from the same company one 100k mile and also lifetime power train and engine and was told that they were unable to find it. Then they proceeded to tell me it will cost me 7k+ for a new transmission and also need a motor mount replaced for I think like $840. I explained again I have a Lifetime warranty and he said he will contact them again. Completely over the lack of competence and communication I told my wife to go grab the truck. The service adviser or lack there of then calls me to inform me that she was there and if she takes it he cannot continue. Long story lol I took the truck to All Automatic on brundage and they dealt with the warranty company and I got the new transmission put in for just $280. Somebody who would not have done there research would have gotten taken for about $8,000 from these crooks. Almost forgot. They were given original documents of my warranty. They also charged me $170 diagnostic fee. More
