I waited for 15 minutes b4 anyone spoke to me. The service writer was a total jerk; never smiled once, didn’t attempt to b friendly in any way. The cashier was WONDERFUL. I was without my truck for over three weeks. Not the dealership fault GMC did not have a airbag sensor for my truck. The service advisor did a great job but Corporate dropped the ball on this and a cust dealership fault GMC did not have a airbag sensor for my truck. Since this was my first service visit, I was a little nervous; I didn’t know what to expect. But it was super easy, and Ruben Hernandez, the service advisor I had, was wonderful. I liked how he explained the process of what was going to happen and what could happen. He called me to update me on my vehicle and explained my options. I thought the whole process would take longer, but my car was ready in half the time. I didn't get the name of the cashier, but she was also amicable and efficient.
