It was communicated and confirmed by the salesperson, Jay Ramos, and the dealer’s financing department manager that the vehicle would be registered as COMMERCIAL. Other sales personnel and the sales manager at Motor City Buick GMC also confirmed that “every vehicle sold at Motor City Buick GMC is registered as COMMERCIAL.” On May 2, 2023, I received, via mail, the permanent registration showing “TYPE VEHICLE USE” as “AUTOMOBILE .”It is now Oct 16, 2023, and I have yet to resolve the issue with Motor City Buick GMC, which should have sold a COMMERCIAL type vehicle. The issue was never resolved and the dealership stopped taking my calls. More
