They did not deliver the pickup due to title issues and after a month We bought an 08 Chevrolet pickup through Ebay from this dealer in mid-December. They did not deliver the pickup due to title issues and after a month gave us a partial refund. We exchanged many emails and a few phone calls but they did not send the rest of the refund. After two months the Ebay Auction Insurance Company refunded the $7,000 Motorcars of Tampa Bay owed us, for which we are thankful. The entire transaction was online. After this we will go to a dealership when buying a vehicle. More

Shady Dealer My husband bought me a 2012 BMW as a surprise for me from this dealer. He made arrangements to have it delivered to me without me knowing. The sales guy said he wouldn't be able to deliver on agreed day so my husband had to tell me about it so I would be home when it would be delivered 3 days late. I was extremely happy with the cars appearance but noticed seatbelt was broken and no manual. I called and the same sales guy said said he would mail the items. We still have not received as well as paperwork for the vehicle. They will not return multiple calls and texts. Today I took it tho BMW for an oil change and found out it has 2 oil leaks and will need $6000 wort of work!! This place is a joke and will be sure to warn others of their poor customer service and shady vehicles! More
